Even though I toss, turn and thrash about in my sleep, I still wake up stiff and creaky in the mornings. If you have trouble getting out of bed, try a couple of these stretches to limber up. Gently roll across your bed to loosen up the hips and spine (my personal sore points) or stretch out your arms and legs to help get your blood moving. An extra few minutes in bed stretching can make all the difference in how your day starts.
